Information

TeSys LR97D electronic overcurrent relay, 7A/690V, to be supplied with 100-120V AC, for protection of motors with a rated current 1.2-6A. It provides 3 dials to adjust the protection, LOAD (1.2-7A) for the overcurrent level, O-TIME (0.3-10sec) for the acceptable duration of the overcurrent, D-TIME (0.5-30sec) for the starting duration. In addition, the device trips when the current is higher than 3 x LOAD during more than 0.5sec in steady state and if there is a missing phase during more than 3sec. The settings include selectors for 1-phase/3-phase motors and manual/automatic reset, and the device has a reset button, a test/stop button, 2 LED indicators (Run/Trip), 2 auxiliary contacts 1NO/NC for fault signalling. Settings can be locked by sealing the transparent cover. For direct attachement to the bottom terminals of a 3-pole contactor LC1D09-D38, with screw clamp terminals on bottom, the separate mounting from the contactor is possible using the terminal block LAD7B106 (to be ordered separately). Multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), compliant RoHs/Reach.
